You are not alone in expecting differing attendees throughout the week. However, please understand that folks can’t just wonder into the IOL. There are secured doors and a signin process with names on badges.
It will avoid delays if a list is available to the IOL of all participants. I have a running list of names and have asked for updates during the Friday planning calls.
At this moment I have 7 names listed, I tried to capture the 4 attendee names you gave last Friday, and highlighted them in GREEN on my tracking spreadsheet. The RED highlight names may not be attending.
Please review this list and confirm who is attending?

I don't expect more than the three per day average. It is my understanding however if I don't have these names registered ahead of time, they may not be permitted entry later. Is that incorrect?
Additionally given the number of possible test points in the configurations, and as our goal is in assisting the endpoint vendors, I want to ensure there are both instruments and operators to facilitate any test requests the group deems
necessary.
I don't honestly expect more than three on a day, but there may be some trading off of team members from day to day.
